  1. 1. Priority should be given to a), b), c), h, o, p, q

    2. Provide a stipend for people who clean up litter off the sides of roadways at a per bag rate. This cleans up the environment, may save town $$ in the long run, and provides some income to those unable to fit in the traditional job market.
Inttall wind turbines, solar panels, etc. to suppliment traditional energy sources.
provide incentives for builders to build affordable housing (i.e. break in development fees, etc.)
Huntsville is doing a great job thinking outside of the box for bringing in employment opportunities - i.e. ecotourism, event hosting, etc. More along the same lines would be great. Way to go
    Open a multi-cultural centre?
Do a needs assessment on where additional public transit is needeed.
Expand the municipal composting program to more rural areas
    3. I can support the town incentives, plus live "greener" personally, and be a welcoming face to newcomers in the community
